Welcome to Sarolya.com. Thank you for visiting and for your trust. By purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”). Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Purpose
These T&Cs govern the contractual relationship between Sarolya (“we”) and any person (“you” or “the customer”) wishing to make a purchase on Sarolya.com.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the website at the time of your visit. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and representative photos; however, minor variations may occur.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). Shipping fees are added at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is recorded.
4. Orders
An order is validated once payment is accepted. You will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with a customer or total/partial non-payment of a previous order.
5. Payment
Payment is made online using the payment methods offered on the site: bank card, PayPal, or any other secure method indicated on the checkout page.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and confirmed in the order confirmation email. We strive to meet these timelines but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason and without penalties. To exercise this right, please contact us at the email address below. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We disclaim liability for any misuse of our products. Our obligations are limited to product conformity and to the description provided on the website.

10. Disputes
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts shall have jurisdiction. These T&Cs are governed by French law.
